Creators Base (Amazing Codes)
Creators Base integrated Firma.dev's e-signature API in a single day, white-labeled it inside their freelancer platform, and then the non-technical CEO rebuilt the signing flow himself using Claude and Firma.dev's MCP while his co-founder was on vacation.
DocuSign Wasn't Viable at Scale
Creators Base is a SaaS platform for freelancers to run, grow, and automate their business. Founded by Yann Rainer, a graphic designer with 15 years of experience, and his technical co-founder Adriano, the company (Amazing Codes, registered in Estonia) has been in development for six months and recently entered closed beta with its first test users.
The platform started as a smart document editor for proposals and contracts, then expanded into a full CRM designed specifically for freelancers. But the document workflow had a gap: once a freelancer created a contract inside Creators Base, they had to export it as a PDF and jump to a seperate platform to get it signed. That friction was exactly what the product was supposed to eliminate.
Yann and Adriano ran cost simulations at different user scales, 100 users, 1,000 users, 10,000 users, each with free-tier signing included in the platform. DocuSign and the other established providers made the numbers impossible. At any meaningful scale, subscription costs killed the idea of offering free contract signing to their users.
Then Yann found Firma.dev through an AI-powered search, and the math finally worked.
We did some simulations with a hundred users doing three signatures for free, then a thousand users, then 10,000 users. DocuSign and the others, that's not viable. Then we did it for Firma.dev and I said, okay, that's viable. We can spend like 200 to 300 euros per month at a very big scale that maybe we're going to get in one year, one year and a half.

One Day, Fully White-Labeled
Adriano had the Firma.dev API integrated in about a day. According to Yann, it was one of the easiest integrations across their entire stack, which includes authentication, analytics, and several other microservices.
Multi-language support played a real role in that speed. Adriano's primary language is Portuguese, and having SDK documentation and email templates available in Portuguese removed friction that would have slowed things down with English-only providers.
The result is a fully white-labeled experience. Freelancers create contracts inside Creators Base, sign them in-app, and the platform sends signed copies to their clients by email. The client never sees Firma.dev branding. Everything looks and feels native to Creators Base.
Firma was one of the easiest applications that we integrated in our platform. We have a bunch of microservices, but Firma, for my partner, it was very easy. I think the language support helped a lot.

The CEO Fixed It Himself
The most unexpected part of this story happened when Adriano went on vacation. The signing flow was technically working, but it wasn't right: clicking the sign button exported the document and sent it to the signer's email, forcing them to leave the app to complete signing. Yann wanted true in-app signing.
So he connected Firma.dev's MCP server to Claude and described what he wanted. Claude made the changes. Yann, a graphic designer with no programming background, switched the entire signing flow from email-based to fully embedded in-app signing by himself.
When Adriano came back from vacation, the feature was done.
I just put the MCP on Claude and said, okay, I just want to fix this issue. And then Claude did it. I don't know how to code, but I could work with Firma.dev and Claude and do it myself. When my partner came back, I said, okay, I just fixed it.
