Lendrose
Lendrose switched from Dropbox Sign to Firma.dev in two to three weeks, gaining API-first integration, Customer Workspaces for client isolation, and pay-as-you-go pricing that cut costs by over a thousand dollars.
Too Expensive to Customize
Lendrose builds financial software for institutions and small businesses, with a focus on bringing buy-now-pay-later solutions to B2B. Think Klarna, but for business-to-business transactions. The company needed e-signatures deeply embedded in their product, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Before Firma.dev, the team was using Dropbox Sign. It worked, but customizing it was expensive. Joshua De La Rosa, Lendrose's Co-Founder and CEO, wanted a provider that was API-first, willing to work closely with their team on integration, and fair on pricing. The large upfront costs of tailoring Dropbox Sign to their workflow made it unsustainable.
We wanted to work with a company that was API-first, helping us integrate electronic signatures without having to pay the large upfront costs it is to customize a solution like that.

Two to Three Weeks to Production
Lendrose had Firma.dev integrated into their live production software within two to three weeks. Joshua's CTO handled the integration and had positive things to say about how straightforward the API was to work with.
But the speed wasn't the only thing that stood out. The ability to silo signatures by client, what Firma.dev calls Customer Workspaces, was a feature Lendrose specifically needed and couldn't find elsewhere. For a company handling financial agreements across multiple B2B clients, clean separation between each client's documents isn't a nice-to-have. It's a requirement.
My CTO has said wonderful things about just how easy it was to integrate. We love the ability to silo different electronic signatures for different clients. That was super important for us and not a lot of providers supported it.

Hundreds to Thousands in Savings
The cost difference was immediate. Joshua estimates Lendrose will save at least a thousand dollars right off the bat compared to Dropbox Sign, with hundreds to thousands more in the foreseeable future. At €0.029 per envelope with no subscriptions and no minimums, the math works in Firma.dev's favor for a company that needs flexibility in their signing volume.
Joshua's take on discovery was telling: he was surprised more people don't know about Firma.dev. After doing their research, his recommendation to other founders is simple, come in and look into this.
It's definitely going to be hundreds to thousands in savings. I would say close to at least a thousand dollars right off the bat.
