The Problem
FoundBase is a workflow automation platform for startups. It handles CRM, task management, strategy, finances, budgets, and contracts, all in one place. Rasmus Rowbotham, the founder, is a front-end developer with 15 years of experience who needed to add contract signing directly into the platform.
He looked at every e-signature provider he could find. None of them published pricing on their website. Every single one required a sales call before he could even test the API. For a developer building a bootstrapped product, that was a non-starter.

The Switch

The integration runs on webhooks: a signed contract automatically triggers the next steps in the customer's workflow. No manual steps, no leaving the platform, no separate e-signature vendor portal.
