PandaDoc vs Firma.dev
One signing API. No seats, no per-client markup.
€0.049 per envelope, with an isolated workspace for every client. No per-seat plans, no minimums.
They have Two pricing tracks, and neither one gives you everything
PandaDoc runs two separate pricing tracks, and the one you want is probably not the one you need.
The API track is priced per document. Their developer plan is $40 a month for 40 documents, which works out at a dollar each. The core product track is priced per user per month, reported at around $19 for Starter and $49 for Business.
The features you need are gated behind the plan you don't want

Comparison at a Glance
Checked 25 July 2026. API figures come from PandaDoc's own developer API pricing page. Per-user prices are third-party reported and marked as such.

It charges you for headcount, not work
If you run an agency, your cost base should track the work you send out, not the number of people who touch it. Per-seat pricing inverts that. Every account manager you add costs you again every month, forever, whether they send two contracts or two hundred.
No seats, no minimums, no contract
We do not sell seats. There is no user count, no minimum, and no contract. You pay €0.049 for each envelope you send, and nothing for the ones you do not.
The idea that PandaDoc or DocuSign or whatever these providers charge for API access, it's an incredibly high price point for a company like us to pay.

A separate workspace for each of your customers
This is the part that matters most for client work, and it is where the two products are least alike.
Workspaces let your application create an isolated environment for each of your own clients, provisioned through the API. Each one has its own API key, its own templates and documents, its own envelope usage, its own branding and sending domain, and its own webhook secret. Nothing is shared between them.
One workspace per client, billed on its own usage
PandaDoc's white labeling is account level. You get one custom subdomain for the whole account, so every client sees the same thing, and nothing is actually separated underneath.
With per-workspace usage counted independently, you can bill each client for their own signing volume without reconciling anything by hand.
We love the ability to silo different electronic signatures for different clients.

Creating a workspace is one call:
Keys rotate per workspace, so ending a client relationship means revoking one key and nothing else.
Integration
Creating and sending a document is one authenticated call.
That returns a 201 with the request already in sent status.
We publish two MCP servers, and one of them exists so an AI assistant can read our API reference and write the integration for you. We found no documentation MCP server from PandaDoc, official or otherwise.
